Is there a shipping fee?
We ship all over India free of cost.
What’s the status of my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can track by clicking on the tracking link and see the status of your delivery. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.How long will it take to receive my order?
If the items you order are in stock, your order will be dispatched the within 1-2 business days. Please note, during sale events or within 3 days of a new collection launch you may experience a 3-5 delay in receiving your order. If you want an express delivery, please contact us on +91 8097120712 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note there will be an additional charge for this service.

Unfortunately, at this moment we do not have a return policy. If the garment that you have purchased is not to your liking then we will exchange it for you within 10 business days of the delivery of the garments. Please ensure that the garment returned is unused, is in the original packaging and has all the original tags. Once we receive the returned package, the Perlo Studios team will review the reason for exchange and based on the jurisdiction we will process the return / exchange.
How can I exchange a garment?
STEP 1: Send us an email within 3 business days of receiving the package on email@example.com. If the number of days exceeds then the item will not be accepted for a return / exchange.
STEP 2: Team Perlo Studios will revert with an email confirming the return / exchange. The team will send you a return label and will schedule a pick-up according to your convenience.
STEP 3: Pack the garment in its original packaging with all the original tags. Print and stick the return label on the box. Please note that we will not accept an exchange for items marked as SALE.
What if the garment received is faulty / damaged?
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 10 days of purchase. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
If you have received a faulty item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘Request for Return/Exchange’ followed by your Order Number in the subject line. In the email mention the reason for the claim along with images of the damage. We will replace the item if stock is available or refund you upon return.
What if an item I purchased is out of stock?
If you purchase an item that has sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
Do you have a return pick up service for items that I need to exchange?
We have a courier service that will facilitate the return, however this will be chargeable. Once we receive your request for exchange, we will send you an email stating all details and charges of the return.
